SAT Course Overview
The SAT is an entrance exam used by most colleges and universities to make admissions decisions. The SAT is a multiple-choice, computer-based test created and administered by the College Board.
The purpose of the SAT is to measure a high school student’s readiness for college, and provide colleges with one common data point that can be used to compare all applicants. College admissions officers will review standardized test scores alongside your high school GPA, the classes you took in high school, letters of recommendation from teachers or mentors, extracurricular activities, admissions interviews, and personal essays

Reading Module:

- This module emphasizes critical thinking skills, requiring you to evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and analyze the author’s perspective, bias, and credibility.
Writing and Language Module:
- Evaluates your ability to revise and edit written passages to improve clarity, coherence, and effectiveness.
- Tasks include identifying errors in grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure, as well as improving word choice and organization.
- Successful completion of this module requires familiarity with various revision strategies, such as sentence structure improvement, conciseness, and clarity enhancement.
Mathematics Modules (with and without calculator):
- The Mathematics modules emphasize problem-solving techniques, including algebraic manipulation, geometric reasoning, data interpretation, and quantitative analysis.
- Many questions in these modules are designed to reflect real-world scenarios, requiring you to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
- Beyond computational skills, the SAT tests your ability to reason logically, identify patterns, and formulate strategies to solve complex problems efficiently.
